Glenn brings 25 years of experience as an aviation attorney having advised Westchester County on airport privatization, FAA compliance, commercial, and litigation matters. He not only advised airport authorities, airport managers, and airport fixed based operators on regulatory and commercial matters at 50 airports, he represented over 30 airlines in obtaining DOT/FAA approvals for US operations and in negotiating airport agreements. His notable experience includes ongoing Westchester Airport representation; development of standard Airline Use Agreement templates for AvPorts and Atlantic Aviation; FAA approvals and airport agreements for Silk Way Airlines. Glenn earned an undergraduate degree and JD, with honors, both from The George Washington University.
