Ronce primarily serves to support negotiations with the airlines on the new Airline Use Agreement, drawing on more than 10 years of experience negotiating airport use and other commercial agreements. He also will lead the presentation of the airline-related aspects of the proposed transaction to the FAA, as he is well-respected at the FAA from more than 10 years as a regulatory representative of airline and airport clients.
